Hiya Carrie, looks yummy! It’s amazing to see how the various countries in Asia has their own version of a certain dish, but each with it’s own interpretation. This dish looks.. sweet, almost like dessert? In Singapore, Malaysia and India, we have a similar dish but served with curry (chicken or mutton), a more savory version! Cheers! =)
